How do I access cPanel?

From your client area dashboard, click the active hosting service and choose "Login to cPanel". A new window will open you in directly — no second password required.

How do I update my nameservers?

If your domain is with us, log in to the client area, choose Domains → Manage Domain → Nameservers. If your domain is with another registrar, update there to ns1/ns2.rootreseller.com (or your reseller-specific nameservers).

How do I issue an SSL certificate?

Hosting plans include free SSL — it is auto-issued within minutes of pointing your DNS to us. For premium DV/OV/EV SSL, order from the cart and we'll guide you through the validation steps.

How do I cancel or downgrade?

From your client area, open the active service and choose "Request Cancellation" or "Upgrade/Downgrade". Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Where do I find invoices?

In the client area under Billing → My Invoices. PDF copies and GST-compliant tax invoices are available there.
